<p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="serif_12" style="color: #993300;">As part of my role at Plan I managed direct marketing campaigns (email and print) to retain and develop existing donors through upsale and cross sale (including writing  email content and CTAs, design visual format and asset placement, measuring campaign performance). This is an example of retention material I used to engage existing Plan supporters further, by inviting them to take part in an interactive letter writing exercise with the children they chose to sponsor through Plan.</span></p>
