<p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="serif_12" style="color: #993300;">In the past I use my initiative to implement direct mail member loyalty programmes using automated solutions (both on print and via email). This enabled me to maximise the impact and ROI of marketing communications by sending them out at a certian milestone in the customer/supporter journey or when then customer/supporter action triggered a pre-populated automated response.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="serif_12" style="color: #993300;">This is the front page of an interactive postcard aimed at involving existing supporters in introducing their friends and family to Anti-Slavery International and asking them to support the charity. This creative was tested against another one featuring a blank space for handwriting the friend's name. The personalised postcard performed better in tests by 5.2%.</span></p>
