It always starts with a blank canvas, empty, inviting, and full of promising. Sometimes we attack with vision, with an idea of what we want to achieve. Other times, the black canvas sits there empty, teasing, and full of questions. To tackle the blank canvas I find a passion. All artists draw from some aspect of life or an observation from life. With the majority of my art it is love that inspires my artwork. Love, its passion, its loss, is always easy to portray in my artwork. And though it is the strongest of emotions for me sometimes the emotional exhaustion is too much. In those times I look at other things that are significant in my life, other things that you're passionate about.
