Reflection on Episode 7:1 Do you want to be more patient?

The Episode 7 on The Science of Happiness is about mindful-breathing and mindful observation. When doing these practices, we are mindful about our surroundings, be it natural objects or human beings, but we have to make sure that we approach them in a curious and non-judgmental way. We all need a buffer between two roles in life and work. Mindful-breathing is sort of resetting our mind for the transition and leaving our last job behind both physically and mentally, while mindful observation is tuning in our mind for the next probably totally different job, being at the present.
Reflection on Episode 73: How to Switch off Your Critics

Today I listened to Episode 73 on The Science of Happiness. It's about how to handle critics.
A lot of people don’t handle critics well, especially when they talk about the negative things in a harsh way. People who easily get offended by this kind of comments will probably easily lose control. But then, after the angers are unleashed, most of the time, they will realize those moments that they got angry about aren’t that important after all.
