The Leader in Me

            I do not always want to be the leader of the group, but when I do, I make sure I contemplate and prepare myself well for the challenges attached to the privilege. I am uncertain of how many times I’ve been assigned and/or chosen to be the leader, but I can count in my hands the instances I was sure I’ve been an effective one.
