In developing the concept of a truly “VIP Spa” for the first time in Istanbul and Turkey, the CVK Safira Spa & Fitness & Wellness Center offers a variety of special services to its guests in its exclusive VIP areas. The 8,500 m² facility features VIP massage rooms, an indoor heated swimming pool (which is uncovered and converted into an outdoor pool during the summer) and private studios, including personal spa areas, both unisex and female-only fitness areas, baths and hot tubs. The Turkish Bath in the Spa Center has been designed according to Ottoman engineering concepts and customs. The Bath is distinguished by its use of marble and famous for its architecture and services.

The NBS along with BIM academy and other involved parties, today launched the new National BIM Library at Ecobuild 2012. The new website which was also announced contains pre-made standard object configurations which are compatible with Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla, Vectorworks and Bentley. The site also has links to manufacturer specific content and other useful documents and videos.

It has been a while since I have been able to update this blog. The life of scrambling to find a better paying job was on hold for a little while which meant that I never really got a chance to be on a computer and it is rather difficult to update a blog using a phone.
I started working at Target in March for at least some form of income because if I am able to keep working it will keep the bills being paid and keep me motivated to find something better at the same time. Having two children to support is also a major factor in having a job, even if it is very far from my field. I haven't given up hope persay of finding work, but it is hard to keep motivated after being told no or get no reply at all with 150+ applications. I have to keep myself reminded and motivated and not stay in the mindset of Target being a perminant solution.

Various sizes are available with a matte surface finish on the ceramic chips faces and Sun-Fly's unique high gloss rolling edge.

I recently discovered a new blog - Geometry Gym, which is run by Jon Mirtschin. In case you have not seen his blog, I suggest you head over and take a look at the projects he is working on. He has and continues to work on some exciting projects involving IFC interoperability as well as the newly added Grasshopper to Revit via IFC add-on. The video which you can see on the right hand side gives a small explanation of his plugin.
