This can be mitigated for some visual impairments such as colour blindness or poor eyesight but for those who are completely blind, most games will be unplayable.</span></p> <p><span class="serif_16">Music however is a medium that allows those with visual impairments to enjoy it to the same extent as any other listener.</span></p> <p><span class="serif_16">Rhythm games are some of the most musically focussed games there are but despite this they are still inaccessible to visually impaired people due to the inability to see the visual cues for when to perform inputs.</span></p> <p><span class="serif_16">Haptica is a game that removes the need for visuals by replacing those cues that normally come on screen with haptic cues coming through the controller, specifically the Joy-Cons of the Nintendo Switch by making use of the HD rumble.</span></p> <p><span class="serif_16"> </span></p>
